As you know, as Nordis Global Cyber Security Systems Trade Limited Company, we define information as a critical asset. Information assets must be properly protected for our organization to operate effectively and meet legal requirements. We understand that one of the conditions for achieving success in the current era is adequately protecting critical information assets with appropriate controls and proactive measures. As Nordis Global, we commit to addressing information security within a management system framework.

Our organization’s information assets are protected against loss, theft, damage, and unauthorized modification and access. Information assets and systems face threats such as malware, cyber attacks, hackers, and information espionage. Such threats could have a serious impact on our organization’s services and could significantly damage our organization’s reputation.

Information Security and PDMS Policies have been established to ensure our organization’s activities meet regulatory requirements, take necessary measures regarding information security and personal data protection concerns, prevent technical/administrative security breaches, define the responsibilities of our valued employees, and thus protect our organization. As you know, your employment contract stipulates and requires you to maintain the confidentiality of all critical corporate information and personal data. This requirement extends from protecting information in printed media to safeguarding corporate data and personal data stored on computer systems. In this context, I would particularly like to emphasize that all our valued employees are responsible for protecting critical data in the confidentiality management system.

These policies, related procedures, and principles and measures specified in other attachments represent the defined and valid objectives for our organization.
